Hope And Cheer Christmas Stocking Kits (for The Devious Knitter Class with Amy Snell)
Created exclusively for Amy Snell's Christmas Stocking Knitting Class, these kits feature two 50-gram skeins of worsted weight, non-superwash wool. Perfect for this project, you can even felt your stocking once you're done knitting it if you want to! These kits are now available in a limited number to the general public.
Kits include two skeins of yarn in any one of the following combinations:
Cardinal Red and Highland Natural
Forest Green and Highland Natural
Cardinal Red and Forest Green
Students in Amy's class will receive the pattern from Amy directly, so be sure to let me know at checkout whether you're in Amy's class or not. Folks not in Amy's class are eligible for a copy of the pattern sent to them via Ravelry if you let me know at checkout that you are not in Amy's class.
Preorders for this kit close on Saturday, October 20 and will be shipped by October 27 to allow for time to arrive for the first class date of November 3. Orders placed after October 20 are not guaranteed to arrive in time for class and will be dyed up as the kit orders come in.
Kits include two 50-gram skeins of 100% non-superwash Peruvian Highland Wool in colors as indicated above. Each skein is 109 yards of worsted weight yarn, enough for the class project to be done twice, and the pattern as indicated above (if you are not in Amy's class). The yarn is four plies and dyed by hand. No two skeins will be identical. The yarn can be felted, but instructions for felting are not included.
