Tina's Toasty Toes wants you to be happy with the items you purchase. Please read the return policy carefully prior to making a purchase.
All returns and exchanges are up to the seller and on the seller's terms. By placing an order with Tina's Toasty Toes, you agree to these terms and conditions:
Generally speaking, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the products we sell unless:
We generally do not offer exchanges unless something is wrong with the initial order, as indicated above. Instances of buyers remorse, for example, will not result in a return or an exchange.
Custom orders and pre-orders cannot be canceled and cannot be refunded.
At no time will a refund be offered on shipping costs, or on merchandise returned to us in used condition. This includes caking yarn or taking yarn out of the skein. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping.
We are not responsible for damages to the product caused by the shipping company. You must contact the shipper to file a claim. We are not responsible for shipping delays not caused by us. This means once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Any claims for shipping delays must be made with the shipping company.
We reserve the right to amend these return policies at any time.

- The product is defective (i.e. wrong yardage listed on the label, wrong material contents listed on the label, the yarn itself was damaged in the manufacturing process).
- The correct product was ordered but the wrong product was received (i.e. you ordered colorway A and we accidentally sent you colorway B).
