Shipping Policy
We use USPS to ship products to you. We ship from New York in the United States of America. We will ship anywhere that the USPS delivers to. By placing an order with Tina's Toasty Toes, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this shipping policy.
All ready to ship items will go out within three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include national holidays. Pre-orders and custom orders will ship according to the terms in the product description. If you have a question about when your order will ship, please refer to the product page, your confirmation email, shipping email, or use the contact us page.
Domestic orders (within the USA) receive a tracking number which will be supplied to you in your shipping notification. Please allow up to 14 business days for the USPS to deliver your items to you. You can track your order at any time by using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Once the USPS has marked your item as delivered at your address, we consider the item to have been received and our obligation to you ends at that time. We are not responsible for package thefts once the item is marked as delivered by the USPS. We will gladly provide you with any shipping information necessary to file a claim with the USPS after the item is marked as delivered by the USPS.
International orders (outside of the USA) will receive a tracking number or customs label number whenever it is available. This number will be supplied to you in your shipping confirmation email. International shipping times vary greatly by destination, and we have no control over the length of time the package will take clearing customs or being delivered by the local postal service. Customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes at their destination. These fees are determined by your country and are beyond our control. Items returned to us because of the customer's refusal to pay customs fees or taxes will be refunded only the purchase price less any shipping costs and any costs incurred in recovering the refused item(s). We absolutely cannot mark items shipped by us as gifts as this is illegal. Please do not ask us to do this. Once the tracking system has marked your item as delivered at your address, we consider the item to have been received and our obligation to you ends at that time. We are not responsible for package thefts once the item is marked as delivered. We will gladly provide you with any information necessary to file a claim with your local postal service for packages stolen after being marked as delivered.
